This place was amazing. I just moved from Alaska and this was the first place I tried I am going back here for sure. Alex the sushi chief seems like a great guy to talk too. Would highly recommended. I had three sushi rolls which was about $50.00 with the tip included.

You haven't had sushi until you've been to Ocean's!! Chef Alex is THE best sushi chef in the state!! I can't eat sushi anywhere else now, I've been spoiled!! Absolutely nothing compares!! The entire staff is amazing and the owner Jerry is just a one of a kind guy! I love dining at the sushi bar and watching the chefs roll!! And Jerick's fruit carving displays are just as amazing as his sushi!! You can also order off of the Arthur's Steakhouse menu as well making it the best dining experience ever with perfectly cooked steaks and beautiful sushi!! Add in the awesome service and you have the trifecta for a good time!!

Sushi was outstanding. Large diameter and long length. Filled with yummy stuff. Dragon was delicious. Harbor the aged bone in rib eye steak. Cooked perfectly and we'll seasoned. Nice wine list and friendly staff.

Excellent food! My favorite hamburger in Little Rock! Made with ground steak perfectly done and a side of vegetables makes this a perfect meal!

I usually don't review restaurants without visiting 3 times. There's always a reason to make an exception. I have a couple of sushi quirks. One of them occurred last night, when you read the ingredients of the roll, that's all that should be included. Adding additional items like cream cheese, avocado or "yummy sauces" is just irresponsible. Our group made a few changes to the rolls, the chefs did their best to accommodate us but in the end 3 of the 5 rolls were incorrect or contained unpublished items. Our server did a great job reviewing our menu selections before leaving the table, and then addressing the needed corrections for the 3 rolls. He was prompt and attentive throughout the meal. The rolls are insanely huge, 10 to 12 large pieces per roll. Sadly, we couldn't finish the rolls because we ordered the nigiri like we were back in Reno! The flavors were spot on. So, I topped off the night with a dark chocolate creme brûlée. A cosmetic issue would be the booth setup. The backs are attached to the booths behind you. So you're aware of every move of the person behind you. It was uncomfortable. I'll choose a table next time.

While Ocean's has been located at this location for awhile, I'm not a seafood or sushi fan. However, my husband visited for lunch one day, and has been anxiously waiting for a time for us to go together. The atmosphere is nice, and a tad more upscale than your average lunch stop. They are also open for dinner and take reservations. Yet, back to lunch! Although they have a fairly large lunch menu, Ocean's also offers a $9 special, which includes entree items such as hand-breaded chicken tenders, chicken fried steak, and other traditionally, Southern, dishes. Each of these options comes with a side salad, biscuit, green beans, collard greens, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, and a drink. Both my husband and I opted for the hand-breaded chicken tenders. OMG - everything was mouth-watering good! I was so stuffed, but didn't want to waste any of this delicious food. I truly can't wait for my next visit! The food is that good.

We reserved last minute for Easter brunch and the staff were great. The food: AMAZING!! Prime rib, roasted Brussels sprouts, corn souffle, omlettes fresh prepared, eggs Benedict, cheese platter, fruit plate, AND SUSHI! Probably he best sushi I've ever had... Big plus: $5 champagnes with an added shot of St Germain, delish!

We visited tonight for the first time and there were several disappointing moments throughout our meal. First, the restaurant was about a third full with plenty of available tables, but the hostess sat us by the kitchen/restroom/pos station. As a black couple, this felt like a throwback to the 80s, which was a theme of our meal. The hostess resat us, but her attititude was neither warm nor accomodating. Next, my husband ordered an edamame to start--he never received it. He also ordered an old fashioned that was made with dry vermouth, which is not an ingredient in that drink. My husband sent it back, but the server left it on the bill. We ordered sushi for our entrees. It was fresh and tasty, but nothing special for LR. Generally, the decor was dated, dark, and tired. The service was well below average. And the food was not special enough for us to try it again.

Fabulous food & service. I don't particularly like seafood, but the have other fabulous entrees, great salads & soups and amazing desserts! Plus, they serve my favorite Wine! This is one place everyone should try - then, it'll become one of your favorites too.
